This is my Fiverr profile ************ with 374 amazing reviews rating of 4.8

there was one buyer who asked for a revision sending his new logo to be replaced in the graphic asked this and nothing more which can be seen here ************

After that, I quickly replaced the new logo he provided and delivered the revision within 5 hours after seeing his request ************ on January 18th.

On 27th Jan buyer left a review clearly stating that I didn’t do which he asked me to do ************ as we remember he only asked for a logo change.

The buyer contacted me and left this message after leaving his review ************ I replied can you show me where you asked me to make that change can you prove it with a snapshot your review is unjust.

after that without me asking the buyer to change his review buyer offered to do it ************

after that i fixed the typo mistake COMAPNY to COMPANY and he also asked for some other changes as well all done within minutes.

Second-time after that buyer said that he will change his comment ************

Third-time buyer said he will fix the review ************

after I did rapid changes for the buyer I sent him a reminder asking to please fix his review and buyer asked how and I told him to visit Fiverr support ************

what Fiverr customer support did is that they didn’t waste 2 minutes to read above and started reading from the bottom and found me guilty saying “Please Fix it” and disabled my account.

I didn’t make anyone hate Fiverr I satisfied everyone for many years and what justice I got.

The Case was miss-handled by Carina from Fiverr customer support.

If your account was disabled, it wasn’t for having satisfied everyone for many years but probably for having violated Fiverr’s policies by asking a customer to change their review, that’s considered “review manipulation”. If you read related threads here, you’ll find that Fiverr is very strict about that.

I don’t quite understand this: “saying “Please Fix it” and disabled my account”.
Are you sure they said that? You can’t fix anything with a disabled account, after all.
But if they wanted you to fix it and only disabled your account in a way that you are still able to fix any other errors you made with the customer’s order, that would be a good sign as it would mean your account isn’t permanently suspended and you’d get another chance.

If that is the case, and they let you keep your account after you fixed the remaining issues with the order, remember that it’s not allowed to approach buyers to make them change their review to avoid future trouble like that, and thoroughly read the terms of service, as you might receive an account warning for this and do not want to get any more of those. They are entitled to leave any review they want to describe their experience with a provider, unless their review violates Fiverr’s terms of service in some way.

Please remove your buyers name from those screenshots it’s against forum rules to call out people here.

Not to sound harsh but you obviously didn’t read fiverr TOS and didn’t read forum rules.

None of the reviews can be changed even by CS, your client rated you of what he felt was the experience and you asking him to change the review IS a review manipulation.
If you breaking rules saying “please” wouldn’t make it any better.

“Reminding” him to change a review is literally asking him to change a review. Nothing to misunderstand here.

I did read it carefully and actually your third screenshot is quite vague and your buyer might’ve address your mistakes and that you and him will make it right this time but not that he will change the review.

Your buyer obviously doesn’t know the rules that that doesn’t mean that you can also break rules just because your buyer proposed it. :woman_shrugging:

I’m sorry that your account is restricted right now but rules are rules.

I’ve been here quite some years and I never ever received a warning. So it’s not that difficult to keep up with fiverr rules.

read carefully i have user perfect English Grammar

:woman_shrugging: We did read it carefully even if just this perfect English grammar sentence has load of mistakes.

A buyer is entitled to leave any review they want to describe their experience with a provider, unless their review violates Fiverr’s terms of service in some way.

Causing them a bad conscience for having left a review that does not violate Fiverr’s ToS by telling them their review was unjust or reminding them of their promise to ask support to change it or anything like that, will most probably be regarded as a review manipulation attempt by support when they look into things, even if the buyer goes to support to ask for the review change and not you yourself.

Anyway, good luck.

Review and star is much important for any seller… If he or she done proper work as client want but still if client ask for more work but if you refuse then client give you bad feedback as they know its important for us… Or Its not possible to understand everyone mind in case sometime some buyer response so wired(rarely)
… Sometime they placed order just a sample without saying anything and suddenly a review came which you are not accepted…

In such cases seller have nothing to do??
