Delivery Time Criteria

So I have lost my ‘express’ gig tag which I checked while analysing my gig statistics under the heading of ‘gigs’ and apparently, the average delivery time has been jumped to 2 from 1. I always make sure to deliver the order well before the deadline but still have no clue why my ‘express’ status has been taken away from me.

Also, over the past 2 weeks, I have had some orders that were completed automatically after 3 days, because the buyers were irresponsive after placing an order. Would this have affected my stats in any way?

So my question is, what does the average delivery time take into account? The time the seller takes to make the first delivery or the total time an order takes before it has been completed?
