When I can pass to "Level 1"?

This is my 23rd day. I realized 13 orders with “POSITIVE RATING 100%”. I wonder when I can pass to “Level 1” ?. It is mentioned that it must be: 30 DAYS ACTIVE + 10 SALES + EXCELLENT RATING. I think I filled these conditions and I’m still at the same stage !!!
