Maybe they can see it because they are support and are checking with a browser while being logged in as a support person, I don’t know.Did you send them screenshots to show you can’t see it? krheate Posted November 30, 2020 Share Posted November 30, 2020 This also happened to me! I took the Basic English Test and I got a 9.8, but when I looked on my profile, it wasn’t there! And I went back to the take a test place it said that I passed the Basic English test. But it’s not on my profile?! Were you able to get this fixed?
