Gig removed for containing payment information this is a BOT LIE

This is what I was emailed from Fiverr before my Gig was removed: “We noticed that your Gig includes payment information. To protect our buyers and sellers and to promote a safe working environment, we ask that you do not share any payment information with other users in your Gig description.”

This is my Gig text:
“I can help with creating or repairing your web or mobile applications, transactions, integration with payment gateways, reporting etc.”

Someone on the forum 2 years ago said TOS have “disallowed words”, TOS in 2019 does not contain the word “word” in a word search or any indication of words being not allowed. So …

Can anyone spot the problem. I have an English major and I can’t.

Maybe the word “payment” was flagged in the description.

You could contact CS and explain that you are not sharing payment info if you aren’t.

Cool beans. I found contact and got help pretty quick. It was in my requirements list that the offensive nugget lay, not the Gig description details. I was asking for a “Deposit Payment before work commences.”
While this works for my current business, it is not the Fiverr Way. Thank you, I have recreated my Gig successfully.
