bxdgxy2
I basically got suspended for 90 DAYS on my other account for no reason. They gave me a warning for “spamming” when in reality, I was only writing one message every 20 minutes to a seller with which I was talking about the product (how I want it to be, etc. ). When I saw that warning at 22:05 (EST), I sent a last message to the seller, saying that I’d stop contacting them for a while, under the excuse of “being busy”. They were fine with that. Then, after 2 hours of playing on my laptop, I went to check on how my order was doing. When I got kicked out my account the moment I tried typing something, I got a bit scared and logged back in. It didn’t work and I was SHOCKED. I immediately went to my E-Mail, just to see that my account has been suspended for 90 days due to “spamming”. So not only was it a false first-warning, but then also a false-suspend. I was completely pissed about this and looked for ways to contact the original seller not to delete the work they had done until now as I was trying to figure this out. So I looked on the customer’s support website, found no E-Mail I could contact. I finally decided to create a second account to finally be able to contact them. After that, I searched on google for “false suspend Fiverr” and got sent to a post which had the same problem, but with three warnings, 2 of them being actually right warnings while 1 was also false. It seemed as if they were actually in fault in that case, but not me. I am definitely not at fault in this case. Maybe I overdid it with 3 messages an hour? I don’t know… I just want to get my account back and my order. Please, people of Fiverr, help me. I am clueless at this point and can just hope for the best.
cristiscutaru
Stories like this have usually two sides, here we heard yours. I’ll say nothing more just based on this…However, talking about OTHER big tech companies, I’ve seen lately a similar somehow compulsive and aggressive behavior to shut people down quickly out of nothing. They are no longer patient and yes, they sometimes say they just “suspend” you, but you can not even ask them why. Most of the time they kind of invested in technologies to do this. Many no longer invest properly in Customer Support, and have not enough real people, as salaries cost big money. You talk to chatbots or you simply have no way to contact them anymore. And soon, with the AI, everything will become even more artificial and impersonal.Imagine this forum populated 50% by artificial robots ;). And most of the time you’ll talk to them. It’s coming, people, don’t laugh… When Siri and Alexa are becoming our best friends, we’re in trouble…

Did the seller respond and if so how?Basically describing how I wanted my product to be (it was an illustrative kind of thing) and there was nothing that couldn‘t be shown to kids. It was 100% family friendly. The seller also responded with things like „That‘s fine“ and others. They didn’t seem bothered at all.

Nothing changes that.

I simply used the websites the warning and E-Mail on the suspension provided me with. Although they were a part of fiverr, the customer service, there was no E-Mail shown. To the rule-breaking part: I have a kind heart and don‘t want anyone to feel bad or down (in this case dissappointed) because of something when it can be prevented. In this case, I could prevent it by creating a second account to inform them about the incident and that they didn‘t need to throw all of their work away. Otherwise, if you continue emailing them, they could flag you for spamming.CS could take 24 to 48 hours to respond, depending in their workload, so please be patient.
