Gig for existing customers only

I set up a gig which is, in my opiniion useful to my customers and fairly easy for me to do when I’ve already worked with the customer. I don’t charge much for it. I’d like to be able to restrict it to existing customers or at least ask the customer to discuss it with me before placing their order. Is there a way I can do this? I don’t want to delete the gig, but it looks like I might have to.
