Need Job and want to be full time freelancer

I have been on fiverr for like over 3 months. I have tried a lot to get employers attention but i failed to.can any one help me out in this situation.I want to be full time worker.
My field of expertise are:
DATA ENTRY
EMAIL SCRAPPING(100% REAL LEGIT)
COPY WRITING
EXCEL WORKS

Create some unique gigs, split your data entry gig to more gigs.
Like I will collect specific data for you(lawyers data , pet business data, etc.)

You are not looking for an employer here, you are looking for clients.

If you are looking for a full time job with an employer it has nothing to do with freelancing and most likely you will fail.

Being a freelancer is a mindset but not only someone else giving you work to do and you complete it because that’s not what freelancing about.

This is not a job search website where you apply for a job with employers as you said. it’s completely different structure
