Then I contact customer care, see image. How long after the warning will be removed?

Warnings are never removed. They are permanent. Fiverr Customer Service can see them forever. @lloydsolutions has a link that she has posted before where this is stated.

It would be best if you read TOS and follow them to stay out of trouble. Good Luck! 🍀

Three months later the warning went out of my account,After that I didn’t do anything like getting a warning.

I received the same warning, in my case the customer felt bad for the review and he went to customer support to cancel it. And I got penalized even if I never talked with him about the review or canceling it. That was 2 months ago. So apparently I have to wait one more month. Thank you!
