I have read around on the Forum and have not found a direct answer.Q: I got an order about 8 days ago, but the buyer has not completed the requirements yet, so I cannot begin on the order, and they are not responding to 2 reminder messages.My issue is not about the order itself, it is this: it shows up as “Incomplete” in my list of orders, & not sure if this will effect my ratings? Should I cancel the order, or just let it sit there as the buyer has not been active on Fiverr since making the order? sidorissimomike Posted January 20, 2020 Share Posted January 20, 2020 Hi @danaphotography, this is a common issue between a buyer and a seller. If the seller hasn’t submitted the requirements needed for you to start, then you should report it to Fiverr support and make them cancel the order. Also dont worry, it wont affect nothing.
