Turning off Live Portfolio does not work alltime from adding sample to gig image

Hi There,
I hope all are doing well. I have noticed one thing that even after turning off Live Portfolio during delivering an order, it does not work all time and the delivered sample is adding irrespective of Live Portfolio status (off or on). Moreover, if a delivery contains PDF as the main work, the whole pdf adds if there is no image in that delivery. This is very disgusting. Are you facing this bug or is it occurring only for me?
