Well, it’s a writing oriented gig, and my image is a classic typewriter. I made the image myself. Are you suggesting that I use a stock image instead?

I notice that, But being as a buyer most common practice is to use image which represent your GIG very well.

I don’t recommend to use stock photo as many of the sellers are using stock images. Try to create something different and more appealing,
