Verification attempts reached

I recently joined to try and make some money on fiverr .
But i faced a very annoying problem while trying to verify my seller account.
It says verification attempts reached even though i didn’t even get a chance to put my phone number in there.
I have complained and haven’t received a solution yet.Which is why i almost gave up on working here.
This is really frustrating.
