Not Showing online dot on my profile

I M unable to see the online dot on my profile which indicates that I am online or not. plz help me to resolve this issue

This is an ongoing intermittent problem affecting everyone.

Clear your browser history, cookies, cache. restart your pc and be active on Fiverr for 30 minute. The problem will be solved. It works for me every time.

Check the screenshot. I faced this issue many time and this is how it solved. I don’t think you ever tried what I suggested. @cristiscutaru

I did. nothing about clear cache, history etc 🙂
