I ordered a "gig" before i registered - What do i do?

Hi, I ordered a gig through paypal before i registered and login and now cant track it anymore? sorry if this is something that is in the faq but could not find it. I tried contacting the seller but no response.

I dont think you can buy a gig without registering. Check your paypal again.

The same thing happened to me! I purchased an order, only to realize that I was not logged in and now I don’t know what to do. I have proof of the purchase through my paypal account. Did you get help from Fiverr on what to do? If so, how did you resolve the issue to make sure you got the services you payed for.

If you want to promote your gig you can do it on My Fiverr Gigs section.

I’ve already reported your behaviour to forum admins.
