Buyer Requests total count is wrong

Here, in the attached screenshot, you can see there is no buyer request exist but still showing count 3 but in the ideal case, it should be 0 (zero), as per my opinion it is a bug if I’m wrong then please correct me for the same. For more information refer attached screenshot. This same bug also exists on the mobile application side so it could be a web service issue.
