Buyer want to cancel order

Buyer order me but didn’t provide user login.when I ask for user login. Then buyer said cancel order.what can I do right now.
Can I cancel order? Someone help me. Thanks

That’s so unfortunate @faruque2018. However, if the buyer wants to cancel the order maintain professionalism and do it positively. You can also cancel the order through Resolution center.

It’s better to cancel an order than low review.
