Response rate is going down

Hello to everyone, I’m here from 2 months now, and I maintained a 100% response rate for all this period.
Today I see it’s lowered to 96%, but why? I keep respond to ALL inquiries I receive, also to buyer request…

Anyone has a similar experience?
