Buyers leave a positive feedback, but does not appear

If they just left a ‘thumbs up’ (i.e. the comment says that) it won’t appear on the page as they quite literally just hit that ‘thumbs up’ button!

I noticed on the fiverr app, you can’t leave feedback, only give a thumbs up or down, for both the buyer and seller leaving the feedback. Are you certain they are leaving “feedback” and not just leaving a comment?

They left a “thumbs up”.

I suspect they used the app. You cannot write anything on the app. It’s a design flaw.
