Paid for a gig, twice, it just won't let me add details

The work is ready for me too. Frustrating! He can’t access the payment, and I can’t access the work. Not sure how you actually get help when something goes wrong like this? I can’t access the Resolution Centre because the order won’t load. Can someone help?? 😦

HOW is the work “ready for you” as the seller would NOT do the work until payment was made for it to be “ready for you”.



If you still cannot access your purchase contact Customer Support and put in a ticket on it.
