Access page blocked

Hi there,
Sometime I have problems to connect with fiverr website.
I always use the same navigator/computer/ip address and my navigator store and remember my id on fiverr website.
But 2/3 times a year I encounter some prblems connecting on fiverr website.
With a message indicating some freakish operations to do.

Here is the screen I obtain this morning.

Have someone the same issue these days ?
