Can i chat with my buyers in spanish?

Is there any prohibition on fiverr that every seller must write in english while having conversion?
I can speak spanish very basic but with the help of google translator i can communicate with the buyers in spanish.

i want to know if i will get any warning if i chat in other language(the buyer speaks).

Sounds like a bad idea, especially if you intend to offer a high quality service.

Also: what happens when an order goes south and Fiverr support must look through your communications to establish what transpired?

There’s no rule against communicating in any language you please, but you should consider improving your Spanish before taking that route, as Google translate will only get you that far.
