I know its an old question but i really need to know.So the matter is i created an account tomorrow but my real name was not mentioned in that one so i didn’t activated that and went for a new one. I created the account, activated it and just put in all my credentials. It was my first day on fiverr but my account got disabled and i do received the mail saying dual accounts detected. Really my bad. But now i am really worried about if they will allow to keep this one as i have already submitted a request asking for permission.
