HOW CAN I FIX THIS BEFORE 15th JANUARY

how i can fix this before 15th January. please help me. if not my level is drop. currently i have any new order 😦

Someone would have to message you for you to fix the first one, and you’d need another order for the second one. There’s nothing you can do to fix it besides pray that someone messages you (and you answer within 24 hours) and you get an order (you can manage to deliver on time before the 15th).

Honestly, both of those are stats that you can control, so I’d also be careful to handle my orders and messages properly so that this never happens to you again. Response rate and on-time delivery are some of the few elements we sellers can control, after all.

Maybe losing your level is what it takes in order to improve and respond/deliver on time.

2. delivery on time- don’t over commit, revised the revision if too much occupied with this, ask for seller to extend the delivery time, if it is genuine.
3. order completion- try to complete every order but if stuck for some reason, use resolution center.
