Response rate Keeps Reducing

Hello
Does anyone know why my response rate is reducing. I try as much as possible to reply all my messages very fast, and I don’t leave any unread.

But now I have 89% rate.

I don’t know why

Someone please help.

Our RR (response rate) is calculated on a 60-days cycle. Hence, the reason for it dropping as the clock is ticking your rate drops. To get back to 💯%, reply back to your queries in a timely manner. Fiverr gives us 24-hours to respond before it affects us. Also, respond to spam messages as well just to be on the safe side. You can reply back with something like this “Read TOS”. If you feel like the rate is inaccurate contact CS and they’ll take a look at your activity.
