Buyer's Request issue for New Freelancer

AOA.Hi, I am Muhammad Nazeer from Pakistan. Today I have created a new Fiverr account which is representing a one Gig for “Creative Writing”

As for as concern, there is no buyer’s request showing for new users. So the question is that how long it will take time to display for fresh users?
Secondly, please guide me to improve my account, gig, level and sale status!
