Two order placed but didnt fill the requirement. Have to cancel those

Two order was placed one month ago. I wait for the buyer. Try to contact with them.
But they didnt respond to me. Didnt give me any file. Disappointing for me.
I have to cancel the order by contact with the CS.
It will affect my gig badly. Will it?
