Video for Gigs processing for days

I am new here, I have created two Gigs (so far) but both of them do not show the video I uploaded for them (been like this for days).

Can anyone help?

Make sure your video shorter than 75 seconds and smaller than 50MB.

Thanks for reply, yes they are both under 75 seconds + I reduced files to under 50mb. How can I contact Fiverr about this problem?

Hi, Check the video name maybe, make it simple and different from the first video you uploaded before.

make sure your video is related to your gig. Now Try to upload the video again. (make sure video format is mp4)
