How do my clients fill out an order form? Is mine working?

When I had my brother do a test order on my gig, which is the link above, it seemed like the “order” button brought him back to the gig page, instead of the form that I created within the gig. Keep in mind, I’ve never had a client to officially fill out an order form on my gig. My clients just talk to me over the messages but have not yet placed an order. How do they place the order, and does mine work, or is there something wrong?
