Why I cannot reply a message?

I am a new user. Some people sent messages to me in last few days, but there is a notice under their messages that say “they can no longer be contacted. This will not affect your response rate.” Why I cannot reply them? Just because they are offline?

If you can’t reply to them it means they were sending out scam messages and got their account banned so consider yourself lucky they got banned. When you can’t reply to them it means they got banned from fiverr for being scammers. They did not want to hire you. They were trying to scam you and other sellers.

Yes, you should be discussing things with buyers before they place an order. I don’t exactly know what @hulkim was trying to say there. They’re right that you shouldn’t share personal contact details or try to contact them outside of fiverr, but you won’t get in trouble for replying to buyers who contact you on Fiverr, obviously, that’s the purpose of the messaging feature.

Probably spammer, Some people send a message to a lot of sellers to get the best quote and why i say the best quote i mean the lowest price, So Fiverr bans them
