Account under review

Good morning.

I have tried to verify my account multiple times but each time I get a mail about it not being successful. I have contacted CS and was told that my account is being reviewed by Trust & Safety Team. I don’t know how long this is going to take.

Please did anybody experience similar issue and how were you able to resolve it.

If you’ve sent them messages about it it might be best to just wait (for them to reply to your ticket/emails) for now.
