Account under review

Good morning.

I have tried to verify my account multiple times but each time I get a mail about it not being successful. I have contacted CS and was told that my account is being reviewed by Trust & Safety Team. I don’t know how long this is going to take.

Please did anybody experience similar issue and how were you able to resolve it.
