Question about advertising outside of fiverr

Am I allowed to advertise my gig directly using online advertising services (except google) or is any direct gig advertising with a link is probhibited?

If that is the case, I do have a wordpress blog and I do have a link to one of my gigs there. Would I be able to advertise my blog using an online ad service if I have one of my gigs linked on the blog?
