Help:Cannot withdraw funds to my Paypal account

Hi everyone,

I am new here and I attempted to withdraw a small amount of earnings to see if it will work. Unfortunately, I keep getting an email right after I withdraw to paypal that I was successful but in my fiverr account the money is still there and I get an error: withdrawal failed.

I contacted Paypal and Fiverr but I am waiting for help. My Paypal account is verified and linked to my VISA. I am a non-US Citizen so I cannot withdraw to my bank account and I am not seeing the option to withdraw from payoneer on my Fiverr.

Does anybody have any tips?

I would appreciate the help!
