Is this unethical?

A buyer asked me to photoshop an erection onto a man in a beach photo standing next to a woman. I don’t feel comfortable doing this. Is there something in the TOS against this sort of thing? I don’t even know if the photo is hers or if she wants to use it against someone. I told her I don’t do that kind of photoshopping but she is being very persistent. What would you do?

You contact CS and ask them to cancel the order due to the buyer violating ToS. Or decline to take the project (if the order hasn’t been placed yet) on the same basis.

i never do that…ok…and Don’t betray your policies on money…Do not do such things even if you include TOS…my suggestion is dont do that…simply say can’t 🙂

Just tell them it’s a direct violation of ToS and you don’t want to get yourself into trouble. You might hear in return something along the lines of: “Oh, I hire people all the time to do this” but this is indeed where you report and block them.

I just had something similar in my messages. These people do not take no for an answer. They argue with you. They keep it going as long as you keep answering. They are pests.

I report them and block them.
