Extras not showing on Gig Page

Not all of my extras show up on the front page of my Gig anymore. I only have 4.

The 2 preset by Fiverr (Extra Fast: 1 Day Delivery and Additional Revision) appear fine but 2 I have set myself will only be visible to the buyer once they hit ‘Continue’. I see there are some similar complaints on the forums from years back but I’ve never had a problem with this until the past few months.

I would like to avoid the ‘Basic’, ‘Standard’, ‘Premium’ layout because it just doesn’t make sense for my Gig, but to work around that I need at least a couple of custom Extras visible!

I’ve played around in Edit mode but any help would be much appreciated.

Well, that … Same here, the “presets” work but I just edited one of my two best gigs and lost almost all my extras, only 1 of 3 showing after the editing and saving. All extras are there and the box is ticked when I go to the page but just 1 of them shows below the Gig.
Which is really annoying, as the two that are missing are for features many buyers want. And the description lists them as available.

Correction: none of my extras shows, both things that show are “presets”.

(I sent a ticket to support, I hope there’s some solution for this issue.)

Thank you for responding! I wonder if support got back to you? I can just see ‘Extra Fast’ as an extra on your Gigs’ pages.

Well … yes … and no 😃 They did respond quickly, told me they did some fixes on my gig and asked me to wait 5-6 hours, clear cache, etc. and try to edit the gig again.

I did all that but to no avail. I reopened the ticket and told them that it didn’t work, then they sent me a kind of questionnaire (which operating system, which browser version, is your flash updated, etc.) which they wanted to pass on to the relevant team. I replied to the questions, the ticket is still open.

For now, as a workaround for the Gig that needs the extras most, I included the most popular extras in the gig and edited the price to include those extras and edited the description to say to contact me “if you only need …”. I hope that won’t completely stop orders for that gig because of the higher price, we’ll see.

I’ll update if they get back to me again and I get (hopefully good) news about the issue.
