Kindly guide me how can i get a TIP from buyer after completion of order?

During working on order.

I have added extra gigs but if buyer didn’t gave me before giving me order then how can i get it after order completion or during.

If you’re talking about gig extras… it’s quite simple: the buyers can always order multiple quantity orders… just let them know about that! So they need to repurchase, in this way you can get extra rates also after the order has been completed.
