Apparently, days that were keeping your rate up have fallen off, and in the meantime, you have not replied to a message or maybe more within 24 hours.If you feel you have replied to all of your messages, even the spam, then contact CS, and they can correct the response rate statistic. 6 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
