I encountered the same problem as you. So I consulted Fiverr’s support team on this issue. The answer obtained is as follows:

1. No buyer issues a new buyer request for your gig category
2. The time when the buyer posted the request is staggered with your online time slot
3. The probability of a new seller receiving a buyer’s request is relatively small

So please keep more online time, refresh the buyer request page frequently and be patient. Good luck! 🙂

buyer requests are very quick, lots of people offer and there isn’t much time until the buyer has what they want. It is very fast moving so the requests don’t stay up long
