Looking for organic ads on facebook

Facebook is rejecting my ads because it thinks its a dating site, i have been suggested to use organic instead. i don’t really understand it but this mean that a the advertiser will post on mt page behalf in groups, story etc. and if so he must be in the relevant groups, know the nature of the people and language flaunt. how can i get people how do that in fiverr?
