My Delivered on Time decreasing

hello sir today I compleat order and when I visit my profile then I saw mine Delivered on Time decreases a lot and now it shows 75% and i compleat my all order on time I don’t know why this error occurs I wrote an email to Fiverr but they not reply please help me otherwise in 2-3 days its show you’re Delivered on Time is 0%
