I just got one warning in total in the start which I understood and never repeated the same mistake…that was when I joined and that wasnt in my knowledge
Without any warning they disabled my account and I dont even get why they did it. Its so unfair, to disable accounts without any knowledge as to why and no way to correct any mistake.

You should read the full TOS for avoiding this issues.

Thats right, but sometimes things arent the way Fiverr reviews things and new sellers have little idea until they arenot told about it. I followed all the general rules I knew and read on forums.

If they had told me I would have definitely corrected my mistake.

My account has been disabled saying my gigs and services violate TOS. I dont know how can fiverr, just go about disabling accounts when new sellers dont know nothing, they can notify us and we can change it??

I need help.

When you signed up, you have checked the box stating that you have read the terms of service and that you agree to be bound by them. I understand that many new users don’t actually read the terms, but that’s their choice; they’re still bound by them, and they still get banned if they violate them.

You are wrong, its not about reading its about understanding some terms and services dont necessarily make sense when you are totally new to the platform, you could even be confused by buyer and seller words.

Secondly, a warning should be issued before disabling account.

The fact remains that you have agreed to be bound by the terms when you signed up. It’s not Fiverr’s fault if someone agrees to the terms they don’t understand.

Secondly, a warning should be issued before disabling account.

You have already received one warning, haven’t you? Not to mention that Fiverr can (and sometimes does) ban accounts without a single warning, depending on what the seller did.

I’ve found your gigs via Google cache, and noticed at least two violations (one was for offering to write essays, which is strictly forbidden, and another one was a link that’s not on the list of the approved URLs).

Either way, @lloydsolutions is correct, only Customer Support can help you with this.

If you don’t understand something on the terms of service you can come here for an explanation of them. They really are not hard to understand.

I mean I didnot receive a warning on anything based on why I was, disabled. My warning was on something else when I first joined
I have been disable without prior warning due to the implication of HW services offered, which is not true. And If they had warned me I would have definitely, edited my gig wherever this implication was felt.
I dont understand why is this community so unsupportive of new sellers, who have little or no fault. This is a breach of all International Laws, I have agreed to TOS but I didnot deliberately fall out of it.

implication of HW services

What does HW stand for? Homework?

It’s a breach of all international laws to be unsupportive to new sellers who have little or no fault?

And yes, what does HW services mean, and what was your first warning for? And what does “I was disable” mean - your account or just your gig? I fear it’s hard to support anyone when everything is so unclear and there’s so little information given.

The community, here on the forum, does a lot of supporting new sellers with information, tips, warnings, and the like, even when it’s information that anyone can easily look up themselves or Google and it has no way of looking into your account like Fiverr’s customer support can.

So, if you want the community to support you, you need to communicate all relevant facts, else everyone only wastes their time with guessing.

First you say that your account was disabled due to a ToS violation. Then you say you don’t know why your account was disabled. Now you say it’s

due to the implication of HW services offered

You either keep changing your story, or you have trouble explaining yourself (which is strange for someone who used to offer writing services).

Your profile description said (note that you mentioned writing essays and assignments, which is forbidden):

You also had a gig for writing essays and assignment based essays:

Screenshot_2020-01-09 zainabzaidi546 I will write english essays for you for $5 on www fiverr com721×437 22.6 KB

It is clearly stated in the ToS that doing academic work on behalf of buyers isn’t allowed.

Some sellers get banned after three warnings, but others get banned after one, or two, or no warning at all.

This is a breach of all International Laws,

Fiverr is a privately owned company, they can ban anyone and everyone they want to ban. Which law did they break, exactly?
