Actually my account flagged by client by some miss understanding how i can restore my account some one help to give fiverr contact email where i can request to restore?

Client can only complain to CS about something that you violated. Only fiverr customer support can disable your account for multiple violations m.
You should’ve received an email from fiverr stating the reason why it was blocked and if it will be restored or not.
But in most cases if fiverr banns your account it’s forever and you can not restore it.
