Not able to do the basic English test

I’m trying to publish a gig but before submitting I have to take a basic English test. When I click the button to take the test nothing happens. Is there a solution for this? Thanks.

Hi. The “Take Test” button to sit the basic English test prior to publishing my gig is not working, and I’m unable to go any further. I have searched the forum, but I haven’t found a fix. Any ideas?

Yes pretty much exactly the same problem

Sorry to hear. As noted there, the other seller had to end up contacting CS after trying various fixes. You may have to do the same if they don’t work. If you do, keep us updated?
