BYOB Commission Dashboard

I would like to intro BYOB to my clients and when I click on the “Commission Dashboard”, I cannot use the Fiverr seller account username and password to login to the affiliate page. I then created a separate username and password for the affiliate login site. I message the CS and they said they are linked.

For those using BYOB, is the above true?

Thanks but this has not help as I need to know if both my seller and affiliate accts are linked which the FAQ has not mentioned any.
