My money debited

I have order one gig and pay the amount of $6.5 but it’s not showing in my account and also seller not received order.amount is debited from my bank .
I am trying to chat with support but don’t know how to do please anybody help me . I am first time ordering on fiverr.

Funds don’t actually transfer to the seller until a certain number of days after the order completion though.
