You could let your buyer know that you didn’t get the revision request comments and ask them to copy/paste (or maybe re-enter) them into a new post in the order page. You could also report the bug to CS. Maybe try reloading the page/logging out and in again in case it shows.

Did you deliver using the Deliver button? If so, even if the timer will run out and show late eventually, you don’t need to worry about that, if your initial delivery was before the deadline, that’s what counts for the delivery on time stats.
Of course, you shouldn’t take too much time for revisions (once you have the info about what to revise) to keep your customers happy but according to the order status page, sellers aren’t timed on delivering revisions, and it won’t affect your statistics, at least not the ones we can see and which count for the level evaluation.

Rejected

When an order is rejected, the buyer requires the seller to revise the delivery to fit the buyer’s requirements. The seller is prompted to deliver again and both users are encouraged to communicate on the order page to sort out any issues with the delivery. The seller is not timed on delivering their revisions.

If you did not yet officially deliver via the deliver button, though, your time is running, of course. In that case, see uk100’s reply, or you can try using the resolution center to ask the buyer for a time extension and hope they’ll see and react to that request on time, or you can try asking support.
It might or not might be a bug, perhaps the buyer just thought they attached a file with their comments but didn’t.

Yes, I delivered using the Deliver button.

But now buyer ask for a revision and said Please revise the delivery according to my comments below.so I can’t have any comments below. I ask him that give me Modification details again.

But in case if he can’t give me details before the order time is ending does it effect’s my Stats?

That is usually an automated message when your client left comments on the delivery itself with a “collaboration tool”.

It wouldn’t be visible from the app, you can see this comments only from a laptop.

I don’t know if it might affect stats in some way - it won’t affect evaluation stats I think. See Miiila’s post.

Fiverr should be clearer on the order page. Sometimes I think it increases the timer count after a revision request (but it should be clear if what’s shown there isn’t counted towards stats). But you should be okay I think since the Fiverr page Miiila referenced says “The seller is not timed on delivering their revisions.”.

I think I’ve had an issue where a message in the collaboration screen wasn’t showing on the web browser (only mine was, not the buyer’s I think).

As I said above, with a quote from Fiverr’s Help Center, as long as your initial delivery was on time, your delivered on time statistic won’t be affected. “Sellers are not timed on revisions.”

Message him, attach a screenshot that shows that he didn’t put any comments or files (or that Fiverr somehow “swallowed” it if he did), he can send (again).

Or if the comments are in the actual delivery via that collaboration tool, as pointed out, you’ll need to check that, perhaps you an see the client’s comments on the file(s) that you delivered.

Im having a similar problem and being on the desktop website didn’t fix the problem. There is no collaboration tool that I cab access to view their comments on the files. I’ve use tnis a few tiles before but this time around it’s not working.
