Sellers are never guaranteed to get orders.
That said, you only have one image per gig. As mainly visual gigs, it’s a good idea to have multiple examples of your work. (Also, Christmas is almost here, so you’re not likely to get any orders for that one because it’s pure seasonal.) Fiverr crops the images to appear as thumbnails:
