Chat randomly disappearing

I’ve been trying to message people, but after a couple minutes the messages that I sent and which they responded to randomly disappear. There’s only one person’s message I can see? I’ve been trying to get into contact but they keep disappearing out of nowhere.

Yeah, I have the same problem. Fiverr support says it is all the fault of the user and no one else is experiencing these problems. Good to see they don’t even check their own forums. Moreover, this is the kind of problem you won’t discover unless someone points it out to you. Way to go fiverr.
