Should i pay for a facebook/google ad campaign?

I was thinking of spending maybe about $AUD45 ($USD 30, 23 GBP) or more on a Facebook or a Google ad campaign for my Fiverr gig,
Is it a good idea? is there anyone who has done this before?

Great topic - from my experience, purchasing these services here on fiverr led to NO orders, but an increase in “impressions” …not worth it for me… I focus on serving my clients to the best of my talents and try to ensure repeat sales…
