Upper Quick Response Topics Can't Be Edited

After creating a list of Quick Response topics, only the most recent (at the bottom of the list) can be edited, trashed or have an attachment added. The Edit, Trash, Attachment buttons appear when rolling over the upper topics, but they can’t be clicked on.

So the only way to edit a topic part way up the list is to delete every topic below it, then replace the ones you’ve deleted.

Suggestion: An edit “mode” enabling the user to not only edit individual topics, but move them freely up and down the list would be invaluable!
